I opened the ice cream for my child at the kiosk. The saleswoman complained to me: go on, I want to finish here ... There were 2 people behind me and it took less than 5 seconds to open the ice cream. It's a shame that happens when you want to have a nice day with your kids

The prices are quite high for a family outing. But then it is also a real restaurant meal, nothing of the takeaway. The quality is ok, the service is not very quick, but nice.

Restaurant IM Zoo! The food is relatively more expensive, but also a lot better than in other zoos. It is not a Takeaway Ude, but a local. The tarte cake was fresh and tasty, the salad had a great honey mustard sauce and was crisp and the beef currywurst had a great spicy sauce with fresh fries. I absolutely recommend it and also the price is justified. The staff is a bit sluggish, or possibly overwhelmed.

Takeaway food at reasonable prices and sufficient choice. Often also daily specials. Unfortunately, the service is not on the ball and had forgotten a part of the order. Outside on the covered terrace you have a nice view.

Here are unfortunately a lot of comment role with 5 star expectation on the way. Solid snack with good food in the zoo. Price-performance completely fine. We would be served quickly and reasonably.

Unfortunately, I can not deliver pictures, (but exactly the same Falmmkuchen, which was elsewhere on the map), but I can not understand the bad reviews here. The food was delicious and the service very friendly. Of course, when the store is full you have to be patient, but all in all, it took just 20 minutes from the time the order was taken to the time the food was served. People who come here with a 5-star expectation should go right back. It is a good snack with a family atmosphere and prices. We were satisfied and full.

This restaurant is not recommended, then rather own food to take! First had to clear a table and clean it and then it is time to wait 15 minutes ... Eventually came an operator who took our order and we have to the drinks also directly ordered food that we do not have to wait any longer. After more Wait 30 mins were not even brought the drinks ... When I went in and asked for an operator said I ask the chef how long it will take and this still says so about 15 min ... 5 min we would have maybe even let us down. That day, some were where they sat down and waited and left. Very disappointing.

Waited one hour for the food. The service really ignored us. Even to pay the bill, we had to go to the restaurant. To eat: The salad was a drowning mush. Schnitzel with chips was okay. At the next table was forgotten to serve the side salad. The family had to pay them anyway!?!

Unfortunately, we can only agree with the previous review and can definitely not recommend the restaurant to others. There was chaos among the staff, who were quite friendly, but took too much time with the service; In short: we had to wait "hours" for drinks and missing cutlery and were then almost pushed out after 1 hour because we had overlooked that the restaurant closes at 6 p.m. (a misleading sign was placed in front of the entrance). We should have been advised of this BEFORE taking the order, because in the remaining hour we would certainly not have ordered anything more, which was far too expensive overall in this hour. We were then also pointed out that there was only a "buffet", while all the guests arriving later were allowed to choose other dishes and felt as if we were offended, as only unsavory leftovers were available at the buffet. It remains to be mentioned that the empty glasses were not taken by the waitress, so that we were really very, very disappointed in the end because the restaurant is otherwise very inviting. It's a shame but we can only advise against it.

To really enjoy your stay in the beautiful Landau Zoo, please note the following tip: the terrace is nice and the range of drinks is okay. But eating is not advisable. Does not taste good and the price is absolutely not for the loveless mush. Better to take something to eat or go somewhere else right away.

Restaurant with potential. Very pleasant atmosphere. The variety of dishes is not yet huge, but what is available tastes great. I was there in the evening and had an ostrich steak dish and was very happy. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. I will definitely go there again. If the menu is expanded a little and everything else stays that way, it will also be 5 stars.
